Looks like they are trying to recover some money on the 75,000 dollar bathhouse the board approved if you are going to charge a fee for the campground it should be approved buy the landowners not 2 people on the ECC

Bob
The fee is not for use of the campground. It is only for hooking up to the electricity. The ECC had nothing to do with it. It was voted in by majority vote of the Board which is allowed per the Covenants. The only purpose for it is to try to offset the cost of electricity which runs from $300-$400 a month at the RV park during the peak season. $200-$300 during the off season. For the record there were two Board members who voted against it, I was one.
