Building On Forbes - The Association with its Environmental Control Committee (ECC) was created to assure that your proprty value will be protected from undesirable development. Made up of three persons appointed by the Board of Directors, the Environmental Control Committee reviews plans and specifications for construction or alterations which are submitted to it. Prior to commencement of any construction, all plans must be approved by this Committee. By providing standards for building all lot owners are assured that there will be an overall integrity and continuity to the area.
