All communication must be between buyer and seller. The LOA office provides this service to our land owners and is not involved or responsible in any way. Association dues must be current to post property on the website. If dues are not current, a lien may be filed on the property to ensure that dues are paid before a deed transfer. Per the Covenants, anyone coming to the park must have either a dated pass or vehicle sticker (both can be obtained from the LOA office).
